The voices of women and men patiently waiting to vote in Mr. Oduol as the new Governor of Siaya, citing poverty, unemployment and other signs of underdevelopment. These Siaya constituents are particularly upset that the outgoing Governor returned millions of shillings to the national Treasury at a time when Siaya was ranked 45 out of 47-a source of shame for the people of Bondo, Gem, Alego, Ugenya, Rarieda and Ugunja who are used to high standards of excellence and achievement. William Oduol requests the voters to give him a chance to help usher in the New Siaya, pledging to do his utmost to spark and spur development, investment and general improvement of livelihoods.

These are very good testimonials in support of Oduol. These should be played at every campaign stop and in marketplaces. It’s a big shame that Rasanga had no plan at all and even returned over 100 million shillings to the Treasury. That money could have repaired the bridge in Nzoia or repaired the Ugunja-Ukwala Road to make it passable.
